Like never before, there is a spotlight on law enforcement practices and how officers interact with their communities. A Gallup poll from 2020 reported that 52 percent of Americans do not have confidence in the police. While those polls are now moving in a positive direction, many Americans continue calling for reforms to law enforcement, and many mayors and chiefs want to answer the calls for change.
