When Delta Police Department’s Chief Neil Dubord approached Constable Aaron Hill about sharing his lessons learned in resiliency with his fellow officers, Cst. Hill knew he wanted to do something innovative and a little different. After some thought, he brought the idea of to the chief. The idea of A PODCAST, which Cst.
