Ready or not, it is expected that, by 2025, millennials will make up 75 percent of the workforce across all industries. In addition to the influx of millennials, the next group, Generation Z (Gen Z or iGen), are entering the workforce. Even though some of them have just arrived in the workplace, these generations will be the leaders of modern law enforcement.
