Semiautomatic Pistol
FN America, LLC, has released the FN SCAR 15P chambered in .300 Blackout. The new pistol has been optimized for the caliber, including gas regulator settings for subsonic and supersonic ammunition, a .30 caliber flash hider, and a dedicated magazine. It offers the multi-caliber modularity that is the hallmark of the SCAR platform. Specifically developed with flexibility and mobility in mind, the pistol is extremely lightweight and compact, weighing just 5.65 pounds unloaded and measuring under 20 inches in length with its 7.5-inch barrel. Packaged in a premium, soft-sided carry case, it’s available in black or flat dark earth.
Report-Generating Platform
CLIPr has launched CLIPr Video Intelligence (CVI) to the law enforcement sector. CVI is an AI-driven video intelligence platform that enhances officer productivity by automating report generation based on body-camera footage recorded while on duty. CLIPr is also announcing a strategic reseller partnership with i-PRO, a renowned provider of high-quality video-security and evidence-capture solutions, that will see CLIPr integrated with i-PRO’s body-worn camera and in-car video solutions and be available to all users. The platform works on a 2:1 ratio. Additional incremental services are also available like enabling users to identify conversation nodes in camera footage and create topics related to the footage recorded.
CBRN Intelligence Platform
Smiths Detection, in partnership with Riskaware, launched UrbanAware, an end-to-end platform to augment, integrate, and digitize the delivery of chemical, biological, radiological, and nuclear (CBRN) hazard intelligence to first responders in real time during an incident. This solution not only closes the gap between data collection, analysis, and strategic awareness of CBRN threats, it also brings insights closer to the tactical edge, enabling stakeholders to quickly identify and understand chemical and other hazards in the field. Threats can be seen in real time on a map in relation to the team’s position, thus providing critical and potentially life-saving intelligence.
LIDAR
Teledyne Geospatial and Inertial Labs announce the launch of EchoONE, a collaborative innovation that combines Teledyne’s lidar and camera technology, with the remote sensing payload instrument, leveraging Inertial Labs’ IMU and INS technology. Combining NDAA-compliant data security, lightweight design, and real-time operation to deliver long range, 3D point clouds, it is designed to enhance reliability. Weighing just 1.2 kg, it can be operated from UAVs, while collecting engineer-grade data reliably at a regulatory limit of 120 m/400 ft angle. Full undecimated georeferenced point clouds are generated in real time, allowing infield verification combined with rapid post-processing.

Canadian footwear brand Baffin announces the Hero Collection’s ICE HERO, available in safety toe, plate or plain toe, and men’s and women’s sizes. They’re engineered to meet the extreme demands of a first responder’s job. Developed for wear in snow-covered environments, their mid-height upper is made of waterproof leather with a breathable membrane and a comfort-padded top collar. The closure combines a waterproof side zipper for quick access and corrosion-resistant lacing for a secure fit. The fixed-fit multilayer inner boot system includes Thermawick, B-Tek Heat lightweight, 4-channel hollow-fiber insulation, and a form-fitting B-Tek foam lining for comfort.

Streamlight Inc. offers the ProTac 2AA-X USB personal carry light that delivers 550 lumens and 10,250 candela. The exceptionally lightweight light is ideal for first responders and tactical professionals. The light weighs 3.5 ounces and measures 6 inches long with a body diameter of 0.7 inches. The new model features an IPX7-rated design, making it waterproof to 1 meter. It is also 2-meter impact resistance tested. The light comes with a 1600mAh Streamlight protected lithium polymer USB-C rechargeable battery pack, but it can also accept two AA alkaline batteries. It features a multifunction, push-button tail switch that permits one-handed operation.
