On January 2015, the IACP Executive Committee approved a legislative agenda for the 114th U.S. Congress. This document, which is drawn from the resolutions approved by the membership at IACP’s annual conference; positions adopted by the IACP Executive Committee; and suggestions provided by IACP divisions, sections, committees, and members, will guide our legislative efforts over the next two years.

Currently, there are a few issues that IACP anticipates will be at the forefront of its legislative efforts.
