Law enforcement executives are increasingly asked to share information with other agencies both in law enforcement and in other domains. As local crime rates increase, police chiefs are eager to obtain appropriately analyzed intelligence from federal agencies, fusion centers, and other communities such as schools to prepare not only for potential terrorist acts but also for more and more acts of violence playing out in schools and in the streets.
