Traffic control arrow board

Work Area Protection offers the ArrowMaster Pro-Line Solar-Assisted Advance Warner, a versatile, low–operating cost arrow board designed with a 3-inch by 3-inch by 0.1875-inch mast to provide lower center of gravity for additional stability during travel. It is powered by a 210-amp marine, deep-cycle battery storage bank that charges by a top-mounted, shadow-free solar panel. The controller incorporates an automatic intensity control that keeps the lamps bright and has a rotary switch, full-mode configuration, and LED display. The sign’s frame measures 2 inches by 3 inches by 0.12 inches and comes with a 2-inch ball standard hitch.

Search and rescue technology

The SafetyNet by LoJack service helps public safety agencies manage the challenge of searching for and rescuing people with autism, Alzheimer’s disease, Down syndrome, dementia, and other congnitive conditions, who may wander and become lost. Law enforcement discount program

Tool-free sight elevation adjustment

Command Arms Accessories/EMA Tactical introduces the Super Low Profile Folding Flip Up Sights (FFSs). The FFSs feature an adjustable center post for elevation surrounded by two guideposts to assist in focusing the operator’s eye to the target. No tools are needed for elevation adjustment. The center post height is adjusted by a thumb wheel, and thumb wheel click adjustments are both audible and tactile. Matching grants

A limited number of matching grants are available to first responder organizations to assist them in developing and setting up improved security programs to protect laptop computers deployed in the field. The grants cover up to 50 percent of the cost of the First Responder Laptop Security Program administered by WideBand Corporation. The remaining funding for the program must be provided by other sources. To obtain funding, the first responder organization must submit a grant application. Upon approval of the grant, the organization will be informed in writing.
