Overall body-camera solution

Three companies, GoPro, GO PUCK, and Intrensic, have come together to offer advanced capabilities for law enforcement. GoPro cameras offer super-wide 170-degree video image capture and more than 25 mounting options. Intrensic provides a robust, secure storage platform, working for both on-site and cloud-based storage. GO PUCK Wearable Power solution is durable and lightweight and gives officers the ability to keep two devices charged at the same time. 25-Watt rechargeable handheld LED spotlight

Larson Electronics releases its new 25-watt rechargeable high-output LED spotlight: the RL-85-LED-CPR, which includes an AC and DC charging adapter. It is a lightweight, ultra-rugged, ergonomic handheld spotlight equipped with a 7.4 volt lithium ion battery pack. This IP65-rated waterproof LED spotlight is constructed with a single 25 watt Cree LED and features an ultra-durable ABS shockproof polymer body, aluminum alloy light head housing, an impact resistant polycarbonate lens, and an advanced reflector and lens configuration to generate a 2,000 lumen light output, producing a beam capable of reaching distances over 1,000 feet. The pistol grip style, nylon handle has a no-slip textured surface and has a conveniently placed push button power switch.

Anti-stab material for soft armor

DSM Dyneema announces Dyneema Anti Stab Technology. Surveillance camera

Body-worn camera

The LE4 is the fourth generation of VIEVU body-worn video cameras. The LE4 is the first camera built on a modular platform, designed for departments who wish to record a full shift without time interruptions to download or recharge. Helicopter upgraded

Robinson Helicopter Company Inc. announces that a collective-activated hour meter, along with an updated hub and redesigned main rotor spindles, are standard on all new R22 Beta II helicopters. Previously, the R22 used an oil-pressure-activated meter, which records all engine run time. The new collective-activated meter records collective-up (flight) time and does not include engine warm-up and cool-down time. The new meter can extend component lives by up to 12 percent and the redesigned spindles are not subject to repetitive dye-penetrant inspections.
