Red-light camera interface tool

Gatsometer introduces a camera interface tool (CIT) designed to allow police departments to view and download footage of speed and red light offenses captured with Gatso digital enforcement cameras. Offense images captured using Gatsometer’s digital equipment may be downloaded to a computer in the field or in the office through a suitable communications media. The CIT software is designed to allow officers to control camera functions and settings by remote control and to view and print camera properties and statistics. Captured images are securely encrypted to ensure they are tamperproof and may be remotely downloaded using any suitable TCP/IP-based communications media; the CIT software decrypts and exports the images for review and processing. The software is available in both English and Dutch, but the translation tables that come with the software are designed to allow officers to translate it into other languages.
