Radar speed signs
Information Display Company (IDC) announces SpeedCheck brand radar speed signs designed to slow speeders without increasing noise levels, impairing emergency vehicles, or causing other disruptive effects. Unlike speed bumps or raised crosswalks, radar speed signs are intended to redirect the drivers’ attention to their own speed. “Your Speed” signs are designed to collect traffic data and be programmed to turn on or off at various times of day. Radar speed signs are mobile, which is attractive to cities that have several locations requiring enforcement.
