Rugged tablet

Juniper Systems now offers the Mesa 2 rugged tablet, their first handheld device to run the new Windows 10 operating system. This tablet is powerful enough to use in place of an office desktop computer. The Mesa 2’s 7-inch display strikes a perfect balance between providing ample viewing area and reducing overall weight for minimal fatigue and superior, all-day comfort. Designed to perform reliably in harsh environments, the Mesa 2 is IP68-rated, rugged, is protected against water and dust, and even maintains a seal while its ports are in use. The Dragontrail glass touch screen is chemically strengthened which reduces haze from surface scratches and cracks normally caused by accidental impact.

Workplace emergency management platform

Share911.com is a workplace emergency management platform that enables communication, collaboration, and continuity of operations before, during, and after an emergency. Share911.com is a private and secure web-based application that allows people who work together to share critical information during an emergency. This real-time information increases response time and provides critical situational awareness to employees, management, and emergency response personnel. The service also allows people affected by the emergency to alert and help each other while waiting for help to arrive. The Share911 system is not a substitute for 9-1-1 calls, but, rather, a powerful tool that empowers co-workers to help each other and make more informed decisions to protect themselves while help is en route.
